PEGGY'S NAPKIN BASKET

Subj: Merry Christmas from Peggy

Date: 12/11/1999 18:23:00 PM Mountain Standard Time

Here is my Christmas present to you all!

I made up this pattern to use up my 3 by 10 inch D handle and it makes a quick Christmas Napkin Holder. If the picture is too dark just hit the sun to brighten it up in the aol picture file. Remember I don't write patterns so I hope this is enough to help make this. Any questions just email me.

Instructions::

1 10 by 3 D handle

4 18" 1/2 f/f reed stakes

6 15" 1/2 f/f reed stakes

Put the 4 long spokes under ,over ,under ,over the handle then put 3 of the 15 inch stakes on each side of the handle.

1 row 3/8 green

1/4 inch false rim natural and tuck spokes into weaving

wrap handle with 1/4 inch f/f reed and braided cane. I use the

instructions in The Basket Book by Lynn Syler on page 139.
