My heart swells with sadness; tears engulf my eyes. I shutter with fear, wishing for arms to soothe me. Sadly alone, I patiently wait for a door to open; unlocked by a beloved key. My wants of love and life. Yet, no one perceives these thoughts. I am 47 years old, live in Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S.A, and been lost in a lonely heart far too long. I believe in being upfront and honest. I have a big heart, generous, loyal, high spirited, and sometimes a little crazy. I have traveled throughout the world as a young man and have seen different peoples and cultures. I write poetry, have had some published in anthologies throughout the world. I like to go to movies, shoot pool, miniture golf, bike riding, sci fiction and most of the science fields of learning, and other activities that my mind and heart desire; even a quiet night at home watching a movie on tv does me good. I have a two year degree in science and short of my bachelors, which I will finish in the fuure. My favorite movie is "Twister": I find a lot of humor in this movie, as well as, drama and action. My mind is always wandering the universe to escape the isolation we have made for ourselves here on this tiny rock..third from the sun. I will end this with a thought... LOVE HAS NO BOUNDARIES...ONLY MANKIND CONFINES ITSELF TO LONELINESS. I MUST ESCAPE!!"

My Idea Of a Great First Date
Soft candlelite, table for two in a quiet little apartment or home. Cooking something special for my lady friend...a single rose laying at her place at the table. After dinner, we retreat to the living room for a quiet night watching a movie, conversation, and cuddling with one another. I enjoy kissing on the first date.

What I like in a Woman
I am looking for a woman to be a companion, friend, lover, who will stand beside me in my greatest moment, as well as, when I am defeated. She will need to laugh with me and not at me, when the situation permits. I need a partner who is forgiving and not into throwing poison arrows...one who is honest, loyal, trustworthy, loving, caring, and the best friend I could ever have. I don't like to be lied to...honesty is the best policy. I believe there is a "beloved key" out there that can unlock a loving, caring, poetic and romanctic heart...one that is honest, loyal, dependable, and has love that has no boundaries.

If I Could Go Anywhere
The most romantic place I have been is the Amalfi Coast in Italy. But, I believe any where you and your special someone can appreciate each other's love and presence..then there is no better romantic place on Earth then with the Woman or Man you love.
