This page is about Happy Hitty.
I will have some of her adventures on here and also different art work I have done using my Happy Hitty and other wooden dolls that were carved by my Mom (who is Sally Gavney). I drew these dolls and had some companies make rubber stamps out of them. I also have drawn Hitty D (another Hitty carved by my Mom) into a paperdoll.
She was a lot of fun to do.

Happy Hitty went to Green Bay Wisconsin during the weekend of August 18. She had lots of fun seeing the sites and even crashing a birthday party.

Happy Hitty and I visited my cousin who is a lawyer. We went and saw her office and could not believe all the work. Hitty was overwhelmed.

No one even noticed her sitting there.

Here is the paperdoll I drew.
I used Hitty D as a model.
She has two dresses, a coat
with muff, her slip that says
Hitty and a red apron.
The orange dress on the right
is one of her dresses.

This is a wooden doll my mom carved.
The four bottom designs are all going to
be rubberstamps. I will add the url as soon
as they are made into stamps.

This is a design I did for a rubber stamp company.
She is based on the Lenci doll.

This is Sunbonnet girl.
This design also will be a
rubberstamp.
