About Our Ski Run Units.
There are several units in our building which I will tell you about. The building is called Ski Run, and it is located near the "Mountain House" area of the resort where the ski school and ski rental shops have their buildings. The units are all very large. Two are owned by us and the others are owned by our friends. The units are luxury condos located walking distance (120 - 150 yards from the lifts) at Keystone. Each unit has a fireplace, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, cable TV, VCR, a self cleaning oven, ice maker, stereo, and much more. They each have balconies overlooking the ski mountain, and a swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi in the clubhouse. We also have FREE high speed wireless internet access.
The one bedroom units have a king size bed, and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. They have 1 & 1/4 baths and are ideal for two couples or a family. The one bedroom units are 874 sq. ft. and sleeps four in comfort.
There also are two bedrooms unit that can sleeps up to eight people. They have a king size bed in one bedroom, two double beds in the other bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. They have two full baths. These units is about 1,252 square feet in size. The two bedroom units also have inside heated parking spaces.
Finally, we have a luxury three bedroom, three bath unit that will sleep 10. That unit also has an indoor heated parking. Photos of all of our units can be seen at www.SkiRunCondos.com.

The units are all distinctively furnished with many luxury appointments. They are maintained and kept in "like new" condition. We take great pride in the fact that our guests return to stay with us each time they ski here. We rent only to nonsmokers. No pets are allowed in all of the units.
We charge substantially less then the resort because we rent the units ourselves. We also provide information to our guests which helps them get discounted airport transfers, low cost trip insurance and discounted lift tickets as well as other special extras, that make our units the best vacation buy in the area. As an example, for the 2006 - 2007 ski season our guests skied for as little as $22.25/adult/day when the resort was charging $81.00! Because of the great value, it is best to reserve early!
