The PCR CorporationPCR is owned and operated by Mr. Paul Richards of Rochester, NY. Paul has been a runner since 1985. He began timing races in 1986.PCR uses Chronomix timing equipment for maximal accuracy. In addition, double-sided display clocks are used at key locations and at the finish.

Data ManagementBarcodes are used to ensure accurate results in larger races. PCR utilizes road race specific software to acquire and analyze race data.
