Hello from the Muse

I am the Muse, just returned from paid vacation.

many of you have missed me and find it hard to write without me..

TO READ IS TO LIVE...TO WRITE IS TO LIVE ETERNALY

Ok..all you starving writers out there. We know that ours is a solitary life..those of you in front of your computer in your jammies nursing a cup of bean juice know exactly what I mean. THEY don't understand us...those people around us..so here is my standard reply, "I'm working" When I'm staring into space, I'm working...when I'm making up lives for people I see on the street, I'm working...when I ask stupid questions like"What would happen if alien bugs from another planet came to live in my computer and absorbed all the knowledge and took over the world?" I AM WORKING! This is a much better standard reply than the Clintonesque"I refer to my former statement"(no offense intended)
The muse likes to write Historical Romance, Poetry, screenplays, and novels where bugs take over the world. Currently I have 5 works in progress...all historical romance.
one last thing here, if Shakespeare were alive today, I think he'd say,"Keep ye a journal!"
