Memory Fails Me

What is left is a wispy recollection with
no distinct edge to show where memory ends and imagination begins.

Boundaries are nameless, tolerance undeclared.
This is an exploration of an untouched anatomical landscape

A haziness of soft roundness and smooth skin upon a stratum of fragrance and exhalation becomes a swelling amalgamation of breath and fervent exclamation.

The windfall is discernible now as tension becomes almost tangible and the pressure nearly agonizing.

Erratic breath seems to catch and halt as tightly closed eyes impede formerly pristine perception.

There is no damage. There will be no penitence.

In a single and untainted moment, oblivion to all else possesses.
Life outside the room has never been.

A volatile liberation departs and fetches peaceful slumber.  And now to sleep, to dream, to strive to hold fast to the reminiscence.

Sense, Sensation, Sensuality...

My mind wraps around your last words to me
as if to squeeze the sound of your voice from them.

My eyes clench tightly to seize your perfect image there.

My nose searches the air for the swirling,
fragrant remnants of your scent.

My tongue holds still to preserve the luscious taste of your skin.

My fingers stroke my skin
desperate to recreate the experience of your touch.

Reclamation
Now I will reclaim my body.
Yes!  All of my parts.

I will rejoice in my convex roundness
And this, my dear, is where it starts.

I will saunter nude among them.
Those vomiters and runners.

And they will envy me.
Yes!  Envy me!

They will begrudge my free will,
My non-conformity.

They will covet my verve and my power.

I will revel in my curves, my hips, my belly.

I will devour my decadent, chocolate cake
And ask for more.

I will look at me and smile in hedonistic satisfaction...
Several times a day.

I will cast out the self-doubt like an evil spirit.
The Power of Christ compels you!

This is my body-
I am the Goddess--
Worship Me!

Please click on the underlined link or the image below.  They need your support.  Bats are very important to our environment.  And, if you like tequila, you should help conserve bats.  These guys are responsible for the pollination of the majority of agave plants (the plant tequila is made from).  Without them, tequila would be veeerrryy expensive!  Check out the site's bat facts and trivia for more great info.  If you hate mosquitos and other bugs, you should love the wonderful bat.
I will change the images and words here often.

Peace be with you...
