Worship:

This is a link to my national church: The Episcopal Church in the USA , my diocese: The Diocese of Upper South Carolina, and my parish: St. Martin's-in-the-Fields - a resource for faithful living. St. Martin's is more than a place; it is a community of worship with a mission for faithful learning, in-reach (our own), and outreach.

On June 01, 2002, I retired from The  South Carolina Dept. of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services where I worked as a Probation and Parole Agent with a variety of duties including offender supervision, Agent supervision, special projects, computer support, Agent performance measurement, and digital imaging.

It's a challenge... there's a lot of work to be done there. But I have gone, only to return for a few hours at a time to help with a few projects like the Reentry Initiative.

My other work for many years has included service to Habitat for Humanity, and other community projects through St. Martin's-in-the-Fields.

Prayer:

Prayer is deliberately seeking to be aware of God's presence.

Part of my Christian journey is seeking to pray always.

In addition to praying with others for support and practice, here is a link to help to pray everyday, the Daily Office, Morning and Evening Prayer at Mission St. Clare.
