~~~Why these two?~~~
Someone asked me why am I spending so much of my spring break writing a page about two guys not many people have heard of at the time this page was made. Its not like anyone will ever see it or even care. Except for the fact that I was sick over spring break and I live in Hawaii there wasn't really anything better to do, it also rained most of the week so no reason to head to the beach. I told them I figured that if two brothers could both make it to the top of the punk music industry there must be a story worth telling. Three of my favorite bands are Face to Face, 22 Jacks and No Use For A Name so why not do something all bands had in common. It seem that not only is it a story of two brothers making it in the music industry, but how they were both inspired by each other and an older brother that I'm not sure many of us have ever heard of, and a stepbrother who has been there from the start. There are many more people that have been there to support Chris and Scott. I would love to mention them all but I wanted to focus on the inspiration siblings can have on each other. Unlike many other siblings in the music industry that work together everyday in the same band Chris and Scott aren't. While they have side project that allow them to play together, on a day to day basis they aren't in the same band, and are often thousands of miles apart yet still take the time out to keep in touch.

many of Chris's fan E-mail me with questions about his personal life. Like is he married, does he have children, or where dose he live. That's personal information its his private life stuff we don't need to know about. So please if you e-mail me asking me to ask Chris or Steve-o any questions don't make them personal questions. I don't feel right e-mail those to them its an invasion of privacy. As fans we need to understand that movie stars and musicians are human beings. Would you want everyone knowing what you do when the curtain have been dropped and the crowd has left? I know I sure wouldn't.

I owe most of my information about Chris Shiflett to Chris Shiflett himself. He's been such a great help making sure I have the facts right. Another big help has been Steve-O who told me about the family band. Much of the information I have about Scott Shiflett came from Scott & Chris Shiflett, and lots of thanks to Chris Bernhard of the Official Face to Face news letter for asking Scott all my questions. Pete St.John has been a huge help as well.
Information also came from the Official Face to Face page and other face to face pages. The pictures on the left-hand side are all of Chris Shiflett. I found the Background picture of Chris Shiflett on Jon Bruhm's Foo Fighters page. Some of the information I got about Chris Shiflett was from this page and a few No Use For A Name pages. The Pictures on the right of the page are of Scott Shiflett. I also found some information about Chris and his brother Scott from the 22 Jacks page.
I have learned don’t use information of web site’s and from other people. The best information comes from the people who you are writing about. Only they can get the story right, but you have to be careful there are lots of crazy people out there that will say they are someone and not really be them.
I think this page is about done can't think of any more questions to ask these guys. All I need is information about Mike, Steve-o, and the Norbeckers. But if you think this page needs more and if you want to help me I'd be the happiest person out there. If you see anything that is untrue here Please let me know so I can remove it. I only want to tell the TRUTH about these two, and their family.
