Aftercare Info

Leave the henna paste on your skin for as long as possible.

Keep the area dry 4-6 hours (at least) after the paste has been removed. This is very important, a henna design will deepen in color for the 24-36 hours following paste removal. If the hennaed skin becomes wet too soon the oxidation process will be interrupted and your design will not fully develop to its deepest color.

Do not scrub at the design while showering. Chlorinated water will fade your design. Swim at your own risk. Avoid lotions that contain mineral oil. Sunblock will also shorten the life of your henna. To moisturize the design use vegetable or olive oil. Enjoy!
