Who we are...and what we do.
Victoria, that's me! My family and I live in a beautiful area of high foothills under the protection of Mt. San Gorgonio, which rises majestically to over 11,000 feet. The mountain gets snow in the winter, but because of the white granite peak, it always looks like there is some snow still left...it is quite an inspiration! We are right at the edge of the San Bernardino National Forest, usually having mild seasons...even here in Southern California, (we are at 3200 feet). This is an excellent fruit growing area specializing in cherries, peaches, apples, and walnuts. One thing that is unfortunate about this area...it is so beautiful that developers want to put 30,000 more homes down the street! Maybe time then to get me tent and trackdown me best mate Alby, and 'ope he lets me pitch up within hollerin' distance, while I wait me time to go!
Wolfhaus School of Arts and Garden is my dream. Most of my time is spent taking care of the 1/2 acre garden, most of which is seasonal vegetables, herbs, and fruit trees. Our chicken provide all the eggs we could ever eat...and then some! We have some geese and ducks to entertain us, as well as to provide eggs for decorating.
We are 'dog people' having seven of them! Sparky, Buffy, Max, Rocket, Tonie, Vader, and Santana keep us company and protect our interests! I have to also include; Steeny, Buzzy and Suzy, Barrito, Willow, and Mamma Mud...our most intense and pesky cats! Oh, and of course Igsnaramus, (our resident iguana) two rabbits and the turkey! It is also bird heaven, many species have been spotted. We even get an occasional bear and coyotes entertain nightly.

Interests
Due to our private school status for some years and the fact that I am a confirmed, or is that 'condemned' pack rat, we have quite a library covering almost every subject. Our favorite subjects are; geology, astronomy, art, gardening, woodcarving, ceramics, stitchery, and of course...computer books! We also love to travel, taking day trips as often as possible. Once upon a time, I had planned to become an oceanographer; an artist that sailed around the world and drew pictures of what ever was brought up to the surface. My father was a sailor and held me spellbound with stories. The ocean is my blood.

My Online Life
As I have an intense desire to work at home and develop my school, (and eventually a community center nearby) I am very active online, working a number of different businesses. I have personally designed quite a number of webpages, with many more 'in the works'. As soon as I get my scanner program to function correctly... I will start to publish some of my own artwork online. With a good North Wind, I may even sell a few prints of my own creation!
