This is Lacey's MOM whose heart and life have been torn apart. These nine months have been, many times, completely unbearable! I have learned much about what is important in this life. God has taught me that our lifee here is so inconsequential UNLESS our focus is on our forever life with HIM. When I wake up in the morning I know that my eternal life here on the "new earth with Christ" is all that matters. My life is only important if I give it away to others and help them find Jesus too. I've known most of this since I was a very young child, BUT now its the most important thing in my life. In November when Lacey and I were in Boca Raton, FL, I was memorizing this verse that says : "What is more I consider ALL things loss but the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things." Somehow in my heart I knew then God was requiring me to 'lose' something or someone very important to me. Lacey is alive and well and waiting for us who, love Jesus, to join her one day. Does she hear me each day when I tell her HOW very much I love her?? I don't know the answer, but i'll tell her until I see her again. Love To All, Lacey's MOM

You know those annoying chain letters that you always get on-line with these poems on them!? Well Lace and I must have sent thousands to each other!!! When she past I wanted to get some of those cute poems up on here. Can you believe it has taken me 8 months to get sent one!!!!!!!! And this one isn't even complete, I know there is a few more lines like ..."I'll give the Angels back their wings".... and it goes on and I forget it!!! Well today is August 27, 2003. My niece, Nyah, its her 1st birthday today. I would love to call her and tell her that 'Aunt Rachell' says happy birthday, but I can't. When they moved they didn't give us their number (don't know why). But I feel like this is how it might feel (ten times worse, though) when I get to Lacey's b-day. Like she moved, and couldn't give us the number to call her! I will though, be able to talk to Jesus, and ask Him
tell her I said 'Happy Birthday'. I guess that is all I can do, right!? Well, things have been getting easier. I went and spent about 2 weeks with Lace's Mom and Dad and had a wonderful time. They really helped me with the, 'grieving process.' (I hate calling it that, but I don't know what else to call it). Those 2 are so wonderful to me, and to everyone they know. So much Love for the Lord is shared in that house and it makes it such a comforting place to visit! I still cry everynight, when I ask Jesus to give Lace a hug and a kiss and tell her it was from me. Just the thought of saying those words makes me want to cry. To know that I can't say hi to her myself, to give her a real hug, and a real kiss just hurts soo bad! So much that I just can't even explain it. I want so bad to say, "I love you Lace!"!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I met Lacey at the camp in Latvia. To my mind all the people at the camp had a realy good time because all of us made friends both with God and people from other countries.
Firstly I saw Lacey and Mrs. Taylor when they were sitting near the lake. Every day we were having English Lossons and my teachers were Lacey and her Mother. Lacey told me a lot about her country aand her own little farm. She is so smiling. We played different games. She enjoyed (and still enjoys) wetting her legs in the lake (in a sea or river in Heaven.) Lacey is a real nature lover. She loves her cats, chickends, fishes, rabbits... . One of her greatest ambitions was having a horse. When Lacey came to the USA we were writing letters each other. But when I got e-mail we were talking almost every day. Lacey is a very kind and beautiful person. I know that not only people, but also each plant, flower, bird, cloud, cooking plan and her own things miss this sweet girl.

I remember in 2nd grade when Lacey had really long nails, and we were at recess, and she dug her nails into my cheeks (just playing) but they hurt for like a week! - Rob A.
I remember when Lace, Mrs. T, Grandma Faddis, and I went out shopping, when we
were finished we went to this High Class resurant where we had cherries. Well, after a bit, if you looked over at our table you wouldn't have known what planet we came from, cause we were all tieing the cherry stems in our mouth and we just kept getting the weirdest looks! - Rachell H.
