Our binocular repair service works as follows: First, all binocular, spotting scopes, telescopes or other optical equipment must be sent to us for an accurate estimate. This is necessary to see the exact nature of the work to be done and to give you a fair cost of repair. Please enclose a brief description of the problem. After we completely inspect your equipment, we will send you a written estimate prior to preforming any work. Once you receive the estimate, you will only be obligated for the return postage, should you decline the repairs. Note: when shipping delicate optical equipment, please pack it securely.
