  • Diabetics - you need to go on a "no-carb" diet with no fruit or fruit juices for a period of time to lower glucose levels until you get down to 100 for the majority of your readings on your blood-testing monitors. Then, incorporate small amounts of fruit, but still stay away from carbs. Take the supplements, so you don't need to worry about losing any vital vitamin or mineral in your diet. Too many carbs are one of the reasons people become diabetics. Yes, it is hereditary, too. Obesity is another major cause of diabetes. Plus, lack of exercise, improper eating and lack of proper supplements. Let's face it. People really do lose limbs, go blind, get nerve damage - myopathy, (sometimes permanent and disabling), heart disease, all directly related to diabetes. Do your best now, to ensure this doesn't happen to you.

  • People need 90 essential supplements, adding proper diet and exercise to ensure a healthy lifestyle and make it possible to be able to ward off disease and crippling illnesses.   • Avoid fruit or fruit juices if you have diabetes. Fruit is a form of natural sugar. The supplements will make up for lack of fruit.

  • If you are not a diabetic, fruit is okay in moderation.

  • You can eat mixed nuts. Get the can that has "no peanuts" in it. Almonds are good for you.

  • Green tea and herbal teas. Drink 2 cups of green tea, a day, at least, for carcinogen control. Carcinogens can cause cancer. Make sure all your teas are decaffeinated.

  • Eat salt. Salt and water are raw materials to form hydracloric acid, which is what stomach acid is.

  • Distilled water with home, water-distiller machine, is better than filtered water. Who really knows if they filter bottled water? Don't waste your money on it.

  • Eat lots of eggs. Best thing you can eat. Eat them raw, poached, boiled or soft scrambled. Cook eggs on low heat, taking pan off burner alot. Never let food make sizzling noise when frying. This 'real hot' frying causes carcinogens which can cause cancer. Eggs should be creamy, not rubbery. Garnish with salt, pepper and parsley. 75% of your brain is fat, (cholesterol mylon 9sp sheathing). All your nerves have same sheathing. The white membrane in eggs can actually repair nerve damage in the body. You have to get enough fat, (good cholesterol) to maintain and rebuild these parts of your body. If you're eating right. you don't need to worry about bad cholesterol.

  • Fresh parsley is a diurectic that purifies the blood and accelerates the excretion of toxins. It stimulates appetite and aids digestion and metaboism. The herb can also ease bloating, stomach cramps and nausea, as well as relieve arthritis symptoms. Eaten regularly, it reduces heart rate and lowers blood pressure. To keep your breath fresh, chew on fresh parsley leaves. And for treatment of kidney stones, brew up some parsely tea.

  • Avoid vegetable oils, margarine and fried foods. They are bad for you. They can cause cancer and blindness.

  • Never eat canola oil. It is made with rat poison extracts.

  • Steam, bake and grill foods. Avoid frying.

  • Avoid sugar and carbs. Sugar causes depression and ailments like touret's syndrome. Carbs are bad for you. Avoid any boxed or canned store products. Buy fresh meat in the meat market. Buy fresh produce. If you can't buy fresh produce, buy frozen.

  • Natural cheese is okay.

  • No cereals, no crackers, no croutons. They are full of free radicals that cause cancer.

  • No white flour or bread. If you are going to eat bread, do not eat too much, if at all. The darker the bread, the better it is.

  • Nothing toasted. Causes free radicals.

  • Homemade soups and stews are okay.

  • Onions are good for aiding digestion and can actually reduce free radicals.

  • Chives. Ease stomach distress, protect against heart disease and stroke and may help the body fight bacteria that can cause disease. In addition, the herb may increase the body's ability to digest fat.

  • Eat lots of green, leafy veggies as salads with apple cider vinegar in them. Add hard-boiled eggs and other fresh veggies to your salad. Leafy spinach is good for you. Spinach once a day cuts macular degeneration odds by 43%.

  • Never use cooking sprays! They are poison!

  • Artificial sweeteners are poison. They can cause 50 different diseases.

  • Fat-free and Low-fat are just other words for "artifictial sweeteners and preservatives" and are bad for you. Eat fresh foods.

  • Your diet should mainly consist of: meat, fish, eggs, green leafy veggies, veggies (fresh, steamed, freeze dried), lots of V-8 juice, lots of water, herbal fruit tea, 2 or more cups of green tea, handful of mixed nuts, fresh herbs.

  • Avoid seafood like shrimp, catfish, lobster. These are "bottom dwellers". Enough said.

  • Avoid cabbage, corn, squash, cucumbers. They are high in carbs.

  • You should be eating 5 small, meals a day.

  • If you eat properly and take the proper supplements, you will get sick less often and you will begin to feel much better!
