This is not a spoken set. It's a collection consisting of all the poems which I have uploaded into various Poetry Places on AOL since I became a member early in September of 1997. The styles are simple, and traditional.... The Sounds of My Poems in the Voices of My Words is updated whenever I upload a poem into any of AOL's Poetry Places.

The Love They Do Not Use (Poems from Un-Civil Times)

The Love They Do Not Use is a collection of poems which were mostly written during the Civil Rights Movement. Although they appear here singly, in alphabetic order by title, they were put into manuscript format a long time ago in the hope that I could get them published. The Dedication from the manuscript has been included as the first poem. Sadly, most of these poems are relevant still. Once, when reading from that collection, someone told me rather sorrowfully: "These poems should not die with you...."
