How to Order:

To save time, increase accuracy and help you make your order,
use this MS-Word document:     ORDER FORM
Then email, fax, mail or call us. 

Early Order Discounts:

Rosette Ribbons (5% Off) if you order at least three months prior to your desired shipping date!

Ordering Time:

Always order as early as possible.  Ribbons are hand made and some require more time to make than others.  Depending on the size of your order, please order at least 15 working days prior to your desired shipping date.  Very large orders may require more time.  Rush charges of 20% ($10.00 minimum) for order 14 days or less.

Custom Logo's for Hot Stamping onto Ribbon:
These dies are specially made by our vendor.  Their turnaround time is about 2 weeks.  The charge for these dies can range anywhere from $25 to $35 depending on the size of your logo.  These dies can be reused year after year, so you only pay the one time die charge.  But remember, the trick is, always order early allowing plenty of time for dies to be made.

Payment Methods:
All orders must be pre-paid. We accept checks and all major credit cards.

 We also offer 30 days net if you are a school, or government agency with a copy of a Purchase Order.
A $25 charge will be applied to any returned checks.

Sales Tax:
North Carolina sales tax 7%.
Non-profit clubs, schools and organizations with a tax exempt status can file a 'Form E-585' with the North Carolina Department of Revenue for a total refund of any sales tax paid.  We can provide details if needed.

Schools and Government Agencies are exempt from Sales Tax.

Shipping:
We ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.  (When shipped you will receive a notification from UPS and Larsen’s Award Ribbons by email letting you know what your Tracking number is with your delivery information). 

Shipping Costs : (48 States)

Alaska, Hawaii, and all other countries will be charged the actual shipping rates by your preferred carrier.
