Jim Nicol of Winterset Circle was elected to the Board at the Annual Meeting in May. We welcome him and thank him for his volunteerism in his new role as Communications Co-Chair.
Thanks to Earth Day Participants
Thanks to all who participated in our annual Earth Day cleanup. Many hands made for small work, and we all appreciate your efforts. Remember to bring a bag as you take walks to pick up a little every time and keep Ridgewood Hills beautiful.
Cul-de-Sac Landscaping Allowance Increased to $250 per Island -- Several homeowner groups invested sweat equity to improve the steet islands near their homes. The Board recently voted to allow up to $250 per island per year to make such improvements. Does your island need a makeover? We encourage you to organize your neighbors and give it a makeover.
