Our mission is to foster a respectable image and to promote the professions of Pharmacy and Law. This business was created in January, 1999, by James H. Horton II, a Pharmacist/Attorney. Areas of pharmacy practice include consultant, expert review, and relief/on-call. Legal practice areas are concentrated in health care malpractice, elder law, wills & trusts, landlord-tenant, and real property.
