Sable Forest Farm

Sable Forest Farm is nestled on 86 Acres in the Heartland of Michigan. We are located next to the Au Sable State Forest on the southern edge, adjacent to an 1800 acre tract of state land. We feel fortunate that we have such unlimited access to a great training ground. We maintain about 30 Appaloosas. Our numbers vary a bit with sales and foal crops, but we try to maintain a good selection for our customers. Our farm is blessed with a year-round creek winding through it, our foals are broke to water crossing at their dam's sides. They become natural trail horses. We are always expecting new foals each year, look for them on our other pages as they are born, some of them will be for sale. Our website is updated frequently.

Check our For Sale pages for horses currently available. Of course, offers on any of our stock will be considered. Please do not ask us to price a horse we don't have for sale, though.
