Anna Orasmaa
Cembalo
Anna Orasmaa on suomalainen cembalisti ja musiikin kandidaatti, joka opiskelee cembalonsoittoa Sibelius-Akatemiassa Assi Karttusen johdolla. Muita opettajia ovat olleet Elina Mustonen ja Laure Morabito sekä continuosoitossa Annamari Pölhö, Anssi Mattila ja Frédéric Michel (Conservatoire National de Région de Boulogne-Billancourt). Kursseilla häntä ovat opettaneet muun muassa Huguette Dreyfus ja Lars-Ulrik Mortensen. Anna opettaa cembalonsoittoa sekä vapaata säestystä Espoon musiikkiopistossa, sekä cembalonsoittoa myös Käpylän musiikkiopistossa. Anna on työskennellyt cembalistina muun muassa Suomen Kansallisoopperan la Cenerentola-produktiossa. Keväällä 2004 hän esiintyi solistina Tallinnan cembalopäivillä. Anna Orasmaa on vuoden 2005 Euroopan unionin barokkiorkesterin cembalisti (kiertueaikataulu).

Born in Helsinki, Finland, Anna Orasmaa is a professional harpsichord player and an educator with a Bachelor's degree in Music. She is currently working towards her Master's in the prestigious Sibelius Academy of Music with professor Assi Karttunen. Orasmaa's other teachers have been Elina Mustonen, Annamari Pölhö and Anssi Mattila in Finland and Frédéric Michel and Laure Morabito in France, with whom she studied in the Conservatoire National de Région de Boulogne-Billancourt in Paris 1998-2000. During the years she has also taken several master classes, her professors include Huguette Dreyfus and Lars-Urik Mortensen among others. Aside from her studies Anna Orasmaa is teaching harpsichord and keyboard harmony in the Espoo Music School and harpsichord alone in the Käpylä Music School (both well known community music schools in the Helsinki area). She has performed in several high profile productions, recent performances include La Cenerentola at the National Opera of Finland and soloist work in the Tallinn Harpsichord Days in Estonia in Spring 2004. Anna Orasmaa is a member of the European Union Baroque Orchestra 2005 (tour schedule).
