Stephen Cefalo & Associates principal, Stephen Cefalo, has been involved as a landscape consultant for over 25 years. His clients include property management firms, condominium associations, commercial properties, residential/ homeowner design clients and public housing owners and managers.
Stephen Cefalo’s background in formal Landscape Architecture (BS in Landscape Architecture – Michigan State University, and Masters in Landscape Architecture -MLA – University of Michigan ) and his years of working within New England landscapes have uniquely developed his specialties. Steve likes to take a "total interdisciplinary" approach to corrective landscape design and improvement, “Looking at the grounds from the perspective of the green industry – landscape designer, horticulturist, arborist, turf manager, and property manager – is an essential part of the total design solution,” Cefalo says. “Budgetary concerns, practicality and a good dose of common sense, are the forces that stand side-by-side in the final design solution” Listed below are some of the services he has been providing his clients over his 25 year career:
