The MOTHER of all UEO patches.
This is the 10 x 10 inch patch used on the jackets and parkas. The UEO patch was the most common patch as almost every UEO uniform had one. Some dress uniforms had one on each sleeve. The patch to the left has a larger black boarder than the normal patch used. There are west coast and east coast versions of some patches.
