The ideal apparel consists of:
Tights/leotards, Bike Shorts/leggings, T-Shirts and other appropriate tight fitting
clothing, socks or gymnastic shoes
Also acceptable:
Sweats (tight fitting), Shorts
Not acceptable:
Baggy or loose fitting pants and shirts, Jeans, street shoes
Additional Information:
Long hair should be secured back out of face
Please bring drinking water to stay hydrated during class.
