How about a Lesbian Friendly Community, Neighborhood, or living area of the country? Will be on treed acres, in a warm climate; sound good to you? Your own private home if desired. Conventional or unconventional commercially built homes are possible, and so are earth friendlier shelters. Neighbors of like mind, country woods, meadows, or waterfront? Want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the mainstream? Would you rather a place in a small liberal town in a neighborhood with several lesbians in it?

Are you interested in a sort of Old Dykes Home with lots of modern conveniences in the country near enough to a small city for medical services yet remote enough to have country woods and be on a lake? Or would you like a place of your own, in the country in an area where several country lesbians live within a few miles of each other or what? We are looking at several options for the small group of us doing this now. What are you Waiting For?

What keeps you from following this dream? Haven't you always wanted to live with or very near other wimmin away from the mainstream? This plan offers a way to do just that, yet not be totally isolated from civilization when you want to go into the city occasionally. Our new location will have a good medical center nearby, a university in the city, and reasonable housing costs in the city and the country, too.
Come talk with us. This is NOT expected to be a Eutopia, but pretty nice. We are looking at property from $85,000 to 95,000 per house and/or land from $6,000 to $15,000 per acre for building at this time. On another project, Our Old Dyke's Home will house 4 to 6 initially in pure comfort at around $600 per month per person and around $800 per month per couple. Shared baths for each two persons. Building sites there will run around $40,000 per acre. What are your preferences?

You could be involved in these projects as a small house in many-lesbians village buyer, investor in retirement project, old dyke rental or buyer resident, or just want to live in the general area where we are developing these projects now, Northern Florida.
