Brad began inking comics for publisher AC Comics & did a little penciling for D.C. Comics while a student at the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Art. After graduating, he did a stint as one of John Romita, Sr.'s art apprentices, the "Romita's Raiders", at the offices of Marvel Comics in New York City. He then went freelance and worked on a variety of titles, such as The Hulk, Spider-Man, and the X-Men, for Marvel Comics, Bloodshot for Acclaim Comics, Storm watch for Image Comics, Superman, and the highly acclaimed mini-series, Aquaman: Time and Tide, for D.C. Comics. He also worked on staff at CrossGeneration comics as well.
