What is the Silva Method based on? As used in the course, the term “mind control” means learning to control and use the abilities of Your own mind in a more effective way.
The Silva Method is a system of “dynamic meditations” using techniques created through extensive research but also borrowing from the ancient teachings.
You will learn to produce a state of deep physical and mental relaxation, often referred to as the “alpha state”. This alpha level of mind is natural, pleasant and very beneficial for health and relief from stress.
Tuition is a one time charge, graduates may repeat the course in whole or in part whenever they wish (anywhere in the world the course is offered) in order to ‘tune-up’ their skills. A detailed course instruction manual, repeaters id and certificate of completion (suitable for framing) are issued to each new student. *Tuition is free but a small seat fee to help with expense will apply.
