A "Little" About "Small" Stage
Small Stage is the result of an act of desperation by a group of actors, directors and writers who didn't want to be tied to the typical community theater venue. Small Stage gives the totally erroneous impression of organization while maintaining the carefree feeling of a lack of responsibility that can be achieved only through complete anarchy. By avoiding the obvious pitfalls encountered by other theater groups (bylaws, boards of directors, financial accountability etc..) we afford ourselves the freedom to participate in any project we encounter that appears to have some small hope of success while at the same time is presented by someone naive enough to not wonder why we are checking United Airlines flight schedule to Brazil should that success be achieved.

Thus far those projects have included Play Productions, Murder Mystery Dinners, Publishing Our Original Plays and Production of Fund Raisers. With the money we have made so far we have not gotten south of Oregon City but we continue with that same inexplicable sense of optimism that keeps us filling out American Express Card applications.
