When you search the MLS, please select the "residential" classification, then choose the following areas:  Gatlinburg, Chalet Village, Pittman Center and Cobbly Nob.   It is important to choose homes with certain amenities which are important to our visitors.  These include a location close to Gatlinburg, a mountain view or stream, fireplace, hot tub, pool or game table, washer and dryer, and a bathroom for every bedroom!

IMPORTANT:  Be sure to make a note of the MLS numbers of any properties of interest -- and we can include those on your property tour, when you are ready!
