Troop History

Troop 23 was founded 1910 in a barn at the old Bliss estate which is now Owls Head park. Reprinted are letters to Jim Clark which were published in a booklet for the Troops 75th. anniversary. The letters give a flavor for the history and importance the troop has played for the youth of Bay Ridge. Troop Letters
