I am the San Diego Highwayman. I enjoy going out on "search loops" looking for trouble, so to speak.
I travel areas of San Diego highways that are known to me to be "danger zones" so as to be available to assist those folks who are unfortunate enough to have become disabled or have been involved in accidents in those areas.
My "shotgun partner" Shela [ a Humane Society "rescue" dog ] and I can frequently be seen on and beside the roads throughout San Diego County.
