The hunchback needed to have a carved wood texture.We started by sculpting the head in Roma Plasty.Then the head was cast in silicone with a fiberglass mother mold. Then a two part plastic was poured into the mold. The head was then ready for painting and clear coat, before the puppet could be assembled.

A good air brush can cut the time you spend on a project in half. I alternate between a VL. and an Iwata Micron. Both are dual action and have great atomization. If you have never used an air brush, I highly recommend getting one.
