August 2 - 1st Mammogram (follow up Mammogram & UltraSound - Aug 18)
August 29 - 1st Surgery - Lumpectomy
September 6 - Cancer confirmed (Infiltrating Ductal Carsinoma - Right Breast)
September 25 - MRI (Sept 27 Left Breast UltraSound - Sept 29 Right Breast Ultrasound) New Spot in Left & Right Breast (Right confirmed)
October 5 - 2nd Surgery - waiting 2nd Biopsy
October 13 - Biopsy 2nd Cancer Spot confirmed - Need Mastectomy & Reconstruction
October 26 - Successful surgery - University Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio
October 31 - Discharged to Home
November 8 - Dr. Appt - Drainage Tubes are gone. Healing going well
November 17 - Dr. Appt - Minor Stomach healing Problem. Chemo may start in a month.
Week of Nov 28 - Met the Chemo Doctor, Saw the Plastic Surgeon & had a CT Scan
December 2 - Happy Birthday to Me
Week of Dec 4 - Heart Test, Bone Scan & Surgery(Portacath-Chemo Use)
Week of Dec 18 - Tests all came out OK. Chemo postponed til new year.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year
2007 Jan 3 Chemo scheduled to start (Port in wrong vien - back to hospital to correct)
Jan 17 - Chemo Started (so far, so good - very tired)
Chemo is scheduled every 2 weeks - 8 sessions total
Feb 14 - Happy Valentines Day: 3rd Chemo treatment. Hair almost gone. Getting
shots for Red & White Cells
Feb 16 - The beginning of a very bad weekend - Vomiting. The following week - twice to the hospital, bags of IV fluids & antibiotics, chicken soup & popsicles all week. Sick for three weeks from complications.
March 14 - New Chemo treatment. So far, so good. Less stressful on the  body. This is good news after being sick for three weeks. Only three more treatments to go.
April 11 - 2nd to last treatment. White Blood Cells doing great - still a little anemic.
ONE MORE TREATMENT TO GO on April 25th.
April 25 – LAST CHEMO TREATMENT. Red blood cells still low.
Several appointments & monitoring to go - plus a 5 year pill to take.
Chemo was scheduled every 2 weeks - 8 sessions total
May 17 - 21 - Back to the Hospital. Infection due to neuropathy in feet. Missed
The Derby City Festival. I hope to see everyone at the National Convention
July 4th - Nationals was great even though I did not dance. Next Monday I will
have a CAT Scan to check to see if there was any cancer that may have spread elsewhere.
July 25, 2007 - Well it is three months today since the chemo stopped. I have had a couple of minor set back but The Cat Scan was clear of all disease (cancer) and I had my chemo doctor appointment today. She says everything is looking good towards the road of improvement. I have changed from Tamoxafin to Arimadex - the 5 year pill to keep cancer from coming back. Every 6 weeks appointments to have my port flushed and I see the chemo doctor every three months. I will be getting a mammogram soon and check in with the surgical oncologist. Thank you again for all the prayers - they are working. Please continue to pray for everyone affected by any illness it really is appreciated.
August 25, 2007 - Mammogram is scheduled on August 28.
September 10, 2007 - Final confirmation that mammogram is clear.

Oct. 10 - Minor Health Issues - Off to Columbus for a second opinion
Dec 2007 - Sick and off work for 3 1/2 weeks. One week in the hospital for a blood clot in the left lung.
2008 I made it through January & February. Still problems with side effects.
