Welcome to the S&S CAMPGROUND

Welcome to our website and to our campground!

Our campground was established in 1978. We purchased it in 1992. The S&S Campground is not a real campground but the backyard of our "lodge", also known as our home. We named it the S&S Campground one hot summer evening when we needed a cool place to escape the lodge. For no particular reason we just called it the S&S Campground as it incorporated the initials of our last names and it stuck!

The official residents of the campground are us, Scott and Cisley along with our "Kids", Gina and Ozzy. We'd like to take you on a tour of the place so please feel free to look around. We have included pictures of the grounds (the front of the lodge), a few of the lodge itself and many of the campground. As with all campgrounds it is an ever changing place and will be updated periodically.

Being, for the most part, homebodies, we are always thinking of new ideas to enchance the campground. An enlarged bird feeding area and potting shed are in the development stages as well as a retractable awning for the porch so we can get a little more enjoyment from the campground during the "rainy" season here in Washington State.

We have also included some special areas. One is our past kids who are no longer with us but who hold a special place in our hearts. Another area is our favorites things and as a fun feature - our archives section. The archives section has little to do with the campground but it does contain some pictures we want to share with those who visit our website (more pictures to be added soon!).
