Exhibits of Rare Books and Art Works at The Holden Arboretum
As part of the outreach of the rare book collection at The Holden Arboretum we feature monthly or bimonthly displays of rare books and art works from the Warren H. Corning Collection of Horticultural Classics and the rare book collection of the Arboretum. The displays occupy two small plexiglass display stands and one large wooden display stand at the front of the Rare Book Room. Normally they are accompanied by descriptive handouts - some of which are available below. Generally the exhibits are available for viewing through the glass panels at the from of the rare book room from 10 AM to 5 PM Tuesday through Friday and on weekends when the library is open. There is a modest admission charge to enter the grounds.
