Residential, commercial, institutional and special purpose properties. These include residential appraisals, land appraisals, proposed and existing properties such as office buildings, retail buildings, shopping centers, apartment buildings, industrial buildings and condominium, and cooperative buildings. Besides these more common properties she has also appraised restaurants, marinas, motels, schools, gas stations, and special care facilities. She has appraised tracts of land in all stages of development, from raw acreage (commercial and residential) to incomplete subdivisions (homes interspersed with vacant building lots).
These appraisals were concentrated in Nassau County and Suffolk County and were also located in Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Most recently she has concentrated her efforts on apartment buildings in Brooklyn and before that high end residences in the eastern Suffolk County Townships. The majority of the reports were completed for mortgage purposes or bank portfolio reviews. Reports were also completed for estate, tax grievance, pending sales, zoning disputes, and condemnation purposes.
