Project and Construction Management

Over the last 150 years (three generations of various corporation types) starting with our grandfather, we have been subcontractors, construction managers and/or Mechanical construction superintendents on hundreds of jobs in the New York metropolitan area, Puerto Rico, Connecticut and Upper New York State. The number of projects and buildings that we have been involved in over the years are far too numerous to show all of them. We have shown on the following pages a few of the larger jobs that we have been involved in.

During the feasibility and planning phases, for a nominal fee, we can consult with owners and/or architects on renewable energy, energy conservation (load reduction) and air pollution requirements. We can do feasibility studies, do site surveys, prepare budget estimates, and negotiate contracts with different entities on your behalf. After we finish the above process, if you desire to proceed with your project or renewable energy applications we can build you a new structure or retrofit existing structures.
