Take a step back in time at Sweet Dreams Inn Victorian Bed & Breakfast! We hope you will enjoy your stay with us. Relax and enjoy four beautifully landscaped acres, with a breathtaking view of Lake Huron's Wildfowl Bay! This 1890 Victorian mansion is located in the town of Bay Port, Michigan, just 6 miles South of Caseville and about 20 miles from Port Austin (The Resort area of the Thumb). We have 8 available themed guest rooms. The house is furnished with Victorian & Country pieces. The rooms are spacious with rich, wood paneling, beautiful wallpaper, and wood-plank flooring. You can enjoy a continental breakfast in the formal dining room, or curl up in the Parlor by the fireplace and read a book! We are one minute to the FREE Public Boat Launch, Great Fishing for Walleye, Perch, Bass, and also great hunting in the bay for Duck, Geese, etc. Watch the deer down the hill in my yard! Bird Watching, kayaking, Great deer hunting also! There is a lot to do all year in this area, including: boating, swimming, fishing, hunting, canoeing, 17 area golf courses, miniature golf, go carts, horseback riding, dirt bike race track in Sebewaing & 4x4 Mud Pit, drag strip in Ubly, Race Car Track in Owendale,beaches, lighthouses, islands, snow mobiling, sledding- down the back hill, historical sites, camping, picnics, water slide, bumper boats, antique shops, gift shops, museums, festivals year round, or just sit back & relax & enjoy the view of beautiful Lake Huron! We have a picnic area, grill, benches, videos, video games, croquet, volleyball net, horse shoes, and games! We also have a small log cabin with a fireplace, couch, table & chairs, toys, dolls, tv & video games, and board games. We call it the Doll House, kids just love it! We also have a bonfire pit down the hill! (Great scuba diving area, many shipwrecks along the shores of Lake Huron in the Thumb!) History buffs will enjoy Huron City Museums!

Hawaiian Room - Full Cannonball Bed, Private Bath, table & chairs, coffeemaker and a gorgeous view of Lake Huron. $90.00 per night
Rose Room- An enchanting room done in shades of Rose & Blue, Queen Bed, Private Bath, wicker chairs, dresser, desk, coffeemaker, spacious room, breathtaking view of Lake Huron.$90.00 per night

3rd Floor - Lighthouse Suite - With 2 bedrooms & a shared Full Bath, living room with Couch, TV/VCR/DVD Player, Kitchenette area with Microwave, small Fridge, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Table & Chairs. 1st Bedroom has Queen Size Antique Brass Bed & dresser, 2nd Bedroom has 2 Full Size Wicker Beds, Wicker Dresser, table & Wicker chairs & a beautiful view of Lake Huron! Can be rented as a Suite or separate bedrooms.(1 rollaway bed & 1 queen air mattress also on that floor) Suite per night is $150.00

**Payment is Expected PRIOR to CHECK IN!! We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard. **DEPOSIT - Full Payment for one night stay, per room is required when you make your reservation, and will be refunded if you decide to cancel (minus 10%) with at least a 2 weeks prior notice before reservation date, if the room can be re-booked, otherwise no refund! This is due to guests not showing up, or not calling to cancel. **No Refund for Drunk or Disorderly or Loud Guests - We will not tolerate any rowdy behavior and you will be asked to leave! 2nd & Third Floors each have a kitchenette area which would include: microwave, small fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, and table & chairs for your convenience! Also, a TV & VCR sitting area are on each floor, as well as books & games for your enjoyment. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions, prior to your visit, so we can adjust our menu to suit your needs!Special Lower Rates for Groups, Corporate & Week Packages! FROM MIDLAND AREA TAKE I-75 GO TO M-10 EAST- BAY CITY EXIT, TAKE M-10 EAST INTO BAY CITY TO M-25 NORTH TO GO THROUGH SEBAWAING THEN TO BAY PORT, M-25, ETC. THE REST IS THE SAME AS ABOVE!
