                "The problem today, or rather on the web is, that somebody takes something
                 from a site, strips the read me file that was with it, then passes it on to a
                 friend, who gives it to somebody, who then gives it to somebody who then
                 posts it on a huge shareware site. What that ends up doing is making a once
                 legal file illegal.

                 When I post things on my site I have agreed to put copyright info. in the
                 read me file which gives the author exposure and free advertising. Because
                 I have been given permission to use copyrighted material (files, graphics,
                 html, java, etc.) doesn't mean the material becomes public domain material

                 Some images on my site ARE COPY WRITTEN TO MY SITE. This

                 I really usually don't mind if you use my files on your web site as you meet
                 these conditions:

                     Email me and ask if I mind. (I may put your site in my links section)
                     Credit and hot link to my web site must be on the page where the file
                     link is located.
                     The read me file must be left intact, unchanged, and with the zip file.
                     The file itself must be left intact and unchanged, unless you ask me or
                     the author of the files permission.
                     The file must reside on your own web space. I do not allow direct
                     links to my files!!!!!
                     Your site must be totally free in all areas.

                 If I come across my files on other sites and copyright info/credits has been
                 stripped I will generally contact the web host unless it's clear that the site
                 *tries* to follow copyright law (in which case I'll Email the site).

                 I'm really a nice person, ask anybody that knows me. :o) I'm not trying to
                 be a meany, but just to protect those people that in trust me with there files.
                 I think we can all work together on this, and try to keep the web "police"
