LEAD TIME
November through March, lead time can be as long as 3 to 4 weeks from date of order to receipt of your arrows. HOWEVER, if you are in a pickle for time, give us a call and we'll make every effort to fit you into the work schedule. All around the world, packs tend to celebrate Arrow of LightŪ during the same time period and our products are completely hand made. During the remainder of the year, this time is considerably less. We strongly suggest that packs order arrows for all possible recipients in the fall. Any extras can be held for the following year or presented as appreciation gifts to leaders.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
Full payment must be received prior to shipping. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover by phone (toll free 1-800-404-3644). Should you call off hours or during busy season and get voice mail, please leave a message with your name, area code and phone number, and the state from which you are calling - we return all phone calls. Orders can be place by mail with check (pack checks are fine), complete delivery address, and phone number . We will acknowledge receipt of mail orders if an email address is included. Sorry, no COD. SHIPPING
Shipping is via UPS ground for the contiguous 48 states and via USPS Priority for Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas. Shipping cost includes professional packing, shipping and shipping insurance. Rates are based on ranges of weight.
OUR GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied for any reason, return merchandise in original condition and original packing within 15 days of merchandise receipt and your cost less shipping will be refunded.
DETERMINING YOUR COST
Multiply the cost of your selected item by the number of that item you wish to order, then add shipping cost. For example, for 8 Honor Arrows, multiply $16 by 8 for a merchandise total of $128, than add $12 for packing and shipping for a grand total of $140.
