About Snacks
We scheduled these snacks to best fit our lifestyle. I tend to be an evening eater so I save my snacks for after dinner. Snack carbs are sometimes combined with meals but I have found that it is a good idea to keep some kind of low/no carb food at hand. Some dieticians recommend 5-6 smalls meals a day to keep blood sugar stable. Having recently quit smoking, keeping some nibbles around also helps me get through occasional nicotine pangs.

Lo Carb Ice Cream, Lo Carb treats (up to 3-4x a week)
Jerky, Meat Sticks, Lunch meats, Cheeses -- Up to 4 oz a day-- (4g carb)
Olives, Nuts, Nut Butter -- Up to 4 TB a day-- (4g carb)

Fresh Meats, Poultry, Fish

Romaine Lettuce w/ 1 TB vinegar
