This is a bag I've made out of a size small little boy's sweatshirt. I sewed it by hand, but I suppose you could use a machine.

This is your sweatshirt.

Turn the shirt inside out and sew up the bottom.

|
Cut both of the sleeves off.

|
Slit open the shoulder seams.

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Sew the sleeves together at the cuffs.

|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Reattatch the sleeves so they point up.
