We accept credit cards through our secure server. If you are planning to pay by credit card you can fill up the shopping cart provided with each item and then follow the instructions.
If you want to pay by personal check or money order in USD currency contact us by e-mail.
We need to receive full payment before the jewels are sent to you.
If we do not have the requested jewels available we will order them from our Sardinian artisans. It may takes two or three weeks for the jewels to arrive.

Orders outside of the US will potentially be subject to custom duty upon arrival to the destination country. Custom duty can be as high as 20% of the value of the jewel in some countries. If you are not sure about the tax rate in your country we would suggest you to check before you order to avoid surprises.

Return Policy

We are confident that you will be satisfied with our jewels. However, you have two weeks from the time you receive the jewels to return them to us and you will receive a refund. We can not refund special orders.

Special Order Policy

Items marked as SPECIAL ORDER are particular pieces that can almost be considered for 'collectors' as they are very unique in the manifacture and dimensions. If you are interested in any of these pieces, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a description of the jewel and the price. For these items prices on the web site are indicative and we will quote you the price (that will be based on the dimensions and manifacture of the jewel) at your request.
We will request a full payment at the moment of the order.
Only few of these items are produced each year so it may take anywhere from a few weeks up to six months for the piece to be ready. Our refund policy does not apply to special orders.
