I believe he was also a "Vogt" in Altenschwand. Here follows a letter, dated 02 April? 1736, from Andreas Thoma, "Vogt" of Altenschwand to Redmann Joseph Tröndlin in Rotzel:
"Insundters vill geliebter Redtman etc. etc. berichte mit grosem Schrekhen, wie überall es in dem Rikhenbocher Einig zugeth, das nie mahllen in voriger Unruoh gewesen ist. In wenig Dogen ist das gantze Einig angestekht worden. Don die Redelinfüöhrer laufen Dog undt nacht in den Dörfern herum undt haben gemeindten ohne Vorwüsen meiner. Es sindt vergangen Nacht 2 Man um 10 Uhr zu mir komen von Willeringen undt mich um Rads gefragt. Sonsten hadt mir niemands nichts davon gesagt." There are no individual web pages for the children of Andreas, except the one son, Andreas (-6G), who is one of our direct-line ancestors. He married in 1751 (see #2184) and died on 18 Nov. 1791.
Daughter Klara did not marry.
Daughter Anna Maria married 09 Aug. 1733 to Michael Kaiser (see #P1038); they had 3 children and may have lived in Hottingen.
Son Georg married 29 Oct. 1736 (see #A1519) and moved to the Albruch area. He died on 09 Mar. 1784.
Son Philipp married on 27 July 1745 (see #N1948) and moved to the Murg area. He died on 25 Aug. 1788.
Daughter Maria (not Anna Maria) married in 1756 to Andreas Rünzi and had 7 children (see #1621). She died on 18 Jan. 1793.
Daughter Ursula married on 04 Feb. 1754 and moved to the Albruck area (see #A1567). She died on 24 Oct. 1799.
Death dates for Otmar, Regina, and Peter are unknown; perhaps they died in infancy. No marriage information is available for these three children.
