IMPORTANT: Terms of Sale
(**Please read Rule #6 VERY carefully**)
1. All descriptions reflect (to the best of my ability) an honest evaluation of the quality & workmanship for this item.
2. Buyer to pay actual postage & handling costs of this item.....& insurance, if desired. I will calculate the least costly way of shipping (usually Priority Mail) & let you know all costs involved. If you have a preferred way you would like your item shipped, please let me know. I will be more than happy to oblige.
3. Seller is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items which aren't insured.
4. Unless I have been contacted via e-mail (or by some other means) &/or other arrangements have been made, payment must arrive within 14 days after conformation of order. If these conditions are not complied with.....(::slightly narrows her eyes, purses her lips, & waggles her index finger at the screen::) tsk.....tsk.....shame on you! (This *really* isn't hard to do, people. I'm a very easy-going person. If there's ANY problem whatsoever, all I ask is a little common courtesy.....just contact me & let me know. I'm more than willing to work with you. Believe me, dealing with the hubby's ex-wife, my 2 ex-husbands & 5 kids between us, I KNOW how life's little problems can 'pop-up' at anytime.....sometimes leaving you behind the 'eight-ball'.)
5. Because of the uniqueness & individuality of each ensemble, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for construction & at least, 3-4 days for shipping, once the fabrics, colors, & trims (if wanted) have been agreed upon & payment is received. I am also doing auctions, in addition to running my business, so in some cases (altho rarely), it may take just a tad bit longer, especially during peak RenFaire season (late spring to late fall). I *will* keep you posted as to how your individual gown is coming along & if I encounter any problems, I will contact you right away.
6. Please bear in mind, these *are* custom-made ensembles. If, for ANY REASON, you change the order (i.e., color or type of fabric, style, additions or deletions,etc.) from the original agreement, there WILL be a 25% change fee. At that time, all work on your project will stop, until the additional funds are received. If they're not received within 2 weeks of the agreed-upon change(s), the entire order & all funds received, will be forfeited. Also, if you cancel your order, forANY REASON, there WILL be a 50% re-stocking fee. Lastly, once the order has been shipped, it can NOT be returned.
7. Payment via credit card
will ONLY be accepted thru

NO exceptions! Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Personal Checks are also
welcome. There is a $35.00 fee
(yes, I know.....the banks
are *really* a pain about
this) on all bounced
checks! I have no problem receiving personal checks for payment, but they
must be held 10
*business* days to
clear before an item will be shipped.

These few rules are meant to protect both myself as a seller & you as a buyer.
