Above is a familiar scene to those stationed at "KKIA" during Desert Storm. This picture shows the fortified entrance to "tent city" plus some of the barracks we stayed in later after the prior tennants left.

C-130 Hercules, one of 3 types of aircraft used during Desert Storm for Aeromedical purposes.
French Guards at the entrance of the compound where we were billeted with Troops from Great Britain, France, Hong Kong and Austrialia.
