MTH AND LIONEL COMPATIBILITY

The SoundMaster TM will provide you with full conventional mode compatibility when used with the Lionel TMCC system and any transformer, even the Lionel Powerhouse. Just connect the SoundMaster TM to your Lionel Powermaster's terminals and all your favorite MTH and other engines equipped with either Protosounds or QSI sound systems will operate perfectly. We have tested it with steamers, diesels and trolleys and with Lionel ZW, KW and 1033 transformers. It works very well with the Lionel Powerhouses too.

All sounds including station announcements and freight yard sounds are accessed easily with the Lionel CAB-1, you can even activate and fire the Protocouplers. No modification to the engines is necessary.
