OUR JOURNEY TO RAJASTHAN

We did not expect to return to India for a fourth time, though the country is our favorite travel destination.  It is a long ride on the plane, the roads can be harrowing with cows, carts, rickshaws, mopeds and everything imaginable along the way, and the facilities on the way from place to place can be daunting.  But we went and added another serendipitous pleasure to the list of fortunate adventures we have been privileged to have.  I refer to India as "a wonder a day";  this trip was no exception.  Here are some photos of this trip.  This was also a transition for my photography- I bought and finally used a good digital camera.  You can judge for yourself from the sampling below, but I was delighted with the results.
