WHAT IS TREK ASSOCIATES ???
Trek Associates is a newly formed (1997) group of professionals from the realm of education, each with 20+ years of experience. We have all learned from experience and interest the effects of stress on one's professional and personal life, and have gone on to get specialized training in the area of hypnotherapy in order to assist others. Having worked with individuals (children and adults) in educational settings, we are now branching out to the corporate setting. We start with stress management, helping others achieve levels of relaxation that inspire them to go on to address other areas of their lives - smoking cessation, exercise and fitness, diet control and weight reduction, business and sales focus, telephone or public speaking phobias, personal obstacles to success, etc. These issues are addressed in:
