Due to the many requests by many people who have heard of The Trojans, but who want to know more about them, this brief introduction has been designed to let everyone know a little more about the group.
The Trojans have been performing since 1968. Together, they have established an excellent reputation with the Greek, and Greek American communities throughout the world. They are in demand for those distinctive affairs having meaning, where music is a significant part of the evening.
Because music is very important at every function, The Trojans give attention to each and every affair, making sure that their performance is flawless, fresh, and exciting.
One of their achievements is that they are consistent, with the same members of the band on stage, at every affair. This is one of the many reasons why they are preferred and respected by everyone.
The Trojan's instrumentation consists of the following: Two Bouzoukees, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Keyboards, Synthesizers, Drums and Percussion. Since all members of the band play more than one instrument, you get the impression that you are listening to two separate bands, one Greek and one American, a refreshing change that people love. Along with all these instruments and their Vocal Harmonies, The Trojans offer many types of music, consisting of: Greek, American, Contemporary, Top 40's, Oldies, Ballroom, Latin, and International. Music we are sure will satisfy one and all.
