The Christian Team Ministry is a revised concept that worked for many years. The use of one or more ministers to handle the spiritual duties of one or more churches. Each church keeps it's own identity, boards and duties to the building and it's members. There is a governing board that handles the expenses of the minister, maintains the office and advertising, etc. as needed for the CTM.
